2015 Course Information

To Apply: Complete one of three applications and submit to our office as listed below. Your application will be reviewed upon receipt. You can expect a response from our program directors within one week of receipt. Upon acceptance, we will provide a registration confirmation and tuition invoice.

Tuition
Includes an instruction manual, reference books, meals during class time, and post-course technical support. Technical Hoof Trimming Course tuition is US$2,185.00. An $800.00 deposit is required with your registration form. The remaining tuition balance of $1,385.00 is due on the first day of class.

Payment Methods
Personal and business checks drawn from U.S. Banks only are accepted. Checks from Canada are not acceptable. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. Please call our office to initiate a transaction. Upon receiving your registration form and tuition deposit, a receipt and confirmation letter will be mailed or emailed promptly.

Cancellations and Refunds: Tuition deposits will be refunded up to three weeks prior to the first day of class less a handling fee of US$45.00. Tuition deposits may be applied to a future class providing the cancellation is communicated more than three weeks prior to the first day of class. No handling fee will be charged. Cancellations made within three weeks prior to class are nonrefundable.

Lodging
Although you are responsible for paying for your motel accommodations, we recommend the Best Western Baraboo Inn. The telephone number is 608.356.1100 or 800.831.3881. This hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a restaurant onsite for evening dining options. The Best Western is located within walking distance of several area restaurants and a small shopping center. You must make reservations a minimum of three weeks prior to class. Please mention you are with “Dairyland” when making your reservations to receive a discounted rate. The hotel address is located at 725 W Pine Street, Baraboo Wisconsin 53913. Our morning sessions are held at the Best Western Conference Room.

Transportation
The closest large airport is Dane County Regional Airport in Madison, Wisconsin, which is about 50 minutes from Baraboo. There is no airport shuttle or bus service from the airport to Baraboo. Car rental services are available at the airport.

Local Directions to the hotel:
Traveling south on I90-94: take Exit 92, Hwy. 12 South to Baraboo. As you arrive in the city limits, the hotel will be on the right.
Traveling north on I90-94: take Exit 106, Hwy. 33 West to Baraboo. Continue on Hwy. 33 West into West Baraboo where Hwy. 33 joins Hwy. 12 at a main intersection. Take a right (north) for approximately 1/4 mile. The Best Western will be on the left.
Traveling north on Hwy 12: continue on Hwy. 12 which joins Hwy 33 at a main intersection. The Best Western is located straight ahead on the left, approximately 1/4 mile north of this intersection.
